So OpenVPN is a protocol. Will you specify what you actually tested for their products? Their business VPNs are OpenVPN Access Server and OpenVPN Cloud. Did you test with one of these products? Or did you use OpenVPN community edition, which is the open source product? It seems like you might have used community edition, based on your comment about the installation requiring the command line. With Access Server and Cloud, they have GUIs and simplified installations.
